Pet parents need carpet options that won’t stain or fade when accidents happen. Stainmaster’s new Petprotect® carpet line delivered on that promise, but retailers remained cautious about recommending it to their customers. The “same old” sales promotion wouldn’t generate the interest needed to educate retailers and quickly build their confidence.
